Studio Policy
Our studio has a no child policy. As much as we love children, insurance and safety requirements mean they cannot be in the treatment room or reception area.
Please attend appointments alone. We understand wanting support, but we ask that you come without friends or family.
Illness: If you are unwell, or have been in contact with someone who is, please reschedule your appointment. We take hygiene seriously and you're welcome to wear a mask during your visit.
Cancellation Policy
Lash & brow appointments require 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the appointment.
Cancellations within 4 hours will be charged the full appointment amount.
No shows will be charged the full amount of the service booked.
Cosmetic tattoo appointments require 48 hours notice, or your deposit is non-refundable. Genuine emergencies will be considered case by case.
Less than 24 hours notice or a no show will be charged the full service amount.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rebooking your appointment for another day. This is treated as a late cancellation and charged the full appointment amount.
All fees above are automatically charged to the card held on file, whether or not a deposit was paid.
By booking an appointment, you authorise these charges and accept this policy.
Cosmetic tattoo and beauty treatment results vary between clients due to skin type, healing response, and aftercare. As these factors are outside our control, refunds are not offered for natural variation in healing, fading, or pigment retention. If you have concerns about your results, please contact us within 48 hours for all brow styling & lash lift treatments, and between 14- 30 days for all cosmetic tattooing so we can review. This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
